Method

Method

Ingredients
- •1 sheet shortcrust pastry

- •1 egg, beaten

Method
- Toss the pears with honey, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Roll the pastry into a rough circle on a baking sheet. Pile the pears in the centre, leaving a 4cm border.
- Fold the border over the fruit, brush with egg, and dot with butter. Scatter hazelnuts over the top.
