Refund Policy

The Complete Kitchen Companion is sold as a DRM-free digital download. Because a digital file can be copied the moment it is delivered, our refund terms are a little different from a physical book — but we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your download link never arrives, arrives broken, or you are charged more than once for the same order, write to us and we will fix it or refund you in full. If the file is faulty — corrupt, missing content, or the wrong edition — let us know within 14 days and we will replace it or refund the purchase.

If you simply change your mind after downloading and reading the file, we are unable to offer a refund, since the product cannot be returned. If you have not yet downloaded the file and contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take a few days to appear.
